Marcel graduated as a pharmacist at Utrecht University in 1987. He has worked for various pharmaceutical companies such as Roche Nicholas BV, NV Organon and NV Janssen Pharmaceutica (Johnson & Johnson) and since 2021 Marcel works as qualified person at Pantex Holland BV. Marcel offers 30+ years of extensive experience in leading departments and projects and is armed with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations such as manufacturing, packaging, artwork & graphics and quality systems.

In 2024 Marcel joined BFC as Qualified Person/Responsible Person for pharmaceutical companies and distributors; this role includes batch certification & release, project management (GMP/GDP) and implementation & maintenance of the quality management system.
